ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund within 10 days of receipt and must be sent prepaid. Please print and fill in our return form, include it in your package along with the original receipt. Please allow us 4-7 days to process your return. If you need to exchange for another size, please place a new order on line and return your other items for a refund.


Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Most Lion & Archer rings are able to be returned. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 

We recommend shipping all items through DHL or the local post which is Hong Kong Post. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice, filled out return form and the reason for your return and send to Lion & Archer 

 

If you wish to cancel an order, you must email us within 3 hours of the time you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled. We also try to ship as quickly as possible!

 

Please follow the instructions above to return your ring using the return form and place a new order on line for whatever you need. We do not process exchanges directly at the moment.
